a couple of years ago when there was a scuffle on the floor and 2 of our bench players stepped one or 2 steps onto the court but got nowhere near the scuffle and they were both kicked out of the game and had to leave the bench area for the duration of the game. The other team (I forget who we were playing) also had players step out onto the court (according to the announcers) but there was no camera that captured that so they were not kicked out.

Bringing them back on the floor was stupid. Why couldn't - sprintcar STL - 1/23 12:26:22
                    It is 100% about $$$$. Gambling made it a rule change. - DrViagra MU - 1/23 12:37:08
Not being a gambler that hadn't crossed my mind. (nm) - sprintcar STL - 1/23 12:52:02
