First of all, Frank did not play less minutes then Brown, she played much more. 15 compared to five.
The main reason she did not play more on Sunday was because her minutes were taken by Green who had her best game ever in her 2 1/2 years as a Tiger. And frankly, imo, Frank's game has regressed in the last several weeks and her D. remains weak. She makes those lazy ill-advised reach in fouls much too often. And I wish she had some quickness to her game but I sure haven't noticed it if she does.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of her potential and super glad she's a Tiger but she has a long ways to go before she's the star we all hope for and anticipate.
All just my opinion.
