Dems love to hold voter registration drives, but never voter id drives. Why? Because they don't want the current system cleaned up.
Under Obama, we routinely advised other countries to use voter id, while dems routinely shriek racist at it here.
As to the victim, everyone wanting a free and fair election is a victim.
