After having an ankle monitor from a prior armed robbery when he was 15.

Yeah, a signature bond--after an armed robbery/car jacking, fleeing from the police, an apprehension, another escape from custody--probably isn't an effective way to keep him out of more trouble.

But release him on his signature and let him rape someone.
