two college roomies are Stl officers, and my closest neighbor is an OP officer. We've had MANY garage beers and talk shop quite a bit. No, that doesn't qualify me for my own squad car, but it certainly doesn't surprise me that, in light of all the lawsuits, that more caution is taken in touchy circumstances.
