Feels like he decided to fire Odom but failed to have anyone lined up for the job once Odom was let go. And it also looks like he did not even take the time and effort to get on the same page as the BOC before he embarked on this debacle of a coaching search.
Now media leaks and Twitter statements are making the university look like a total circus act.
Sterk looks like a complete asshat. If I were a legit coaching candidate, the last thing I would want is to come in to work for Sterk, because it is obvious he will not be at Missouri much longer. He is digging his own grave for all of us to see.
