Despite basically no help from the offense in several games, the defense is 10 nationally in yards allowed per game and 19 in scoring defense. And this is with his own players. He can build and coach a defense and I think a lot of HC's would love to have him.

I think with a few years at a successful P5 program as a DC or a MAC type head coaching job, Odom will be a successful P5 head coach. He was thrown into a rough situation at Mizzou, and had basically no experience compared to most guys hired as P5 head coaches.
