was great with The Leftovers, but I never watched Lost

I kinda like that we aren't getting spoon-fed all of the background/lore, but it's slowly piecing together from the action on the show.

References to Vietnam being a state...the American Flag flying in various scenes with WAY more stars on it, the kids reciting the presidents...Nixon, Ford, Carter, Redford....

Some weird history going on in this version of the United States
