QBR under 55. Even if it was at 55 that would make him slightly above average anyway. The fact its below that doesnt change anything though.
So because dude won two superbowls on the back of elite defenses hes a HOF player?
Dude has ZERO playoff wins without an elite defense helping him out. Zero.
If Eli gets in then we have to get everyone in that has a QBR of 65 or better, that has a better winning percentage and a better TD to turnover ratio.
