He's a 2020 recruit and rated in the top 100, so it's kinda late in the game for a highly rated guy, unless he's a late bloomer who just shot up the rankings.
Edit: Answer discovered with a few minutes of research. He did indeed have a big summer and has picked up a ton of offers very recently. Went from unraked by rivals to top 60, though he was a borderline top 100 guy on 247 in the past.
