of talent more often that not. Too many examples of this to even debate it, really.
To put it into numerical context, I would say that coaches should be rated on a scale of 1-15 (15 the highest) and players should be rated on a scale of 1-10.
The addition of each rating represents the "team" rating. The coach can have a more significant impact on the team than the talent.
