Arriving at #24 in defense nationally is arriving.
Can't expect Mizzou defense to be much better than that any given year.
WV in 2016 we found out D-Line Zou was dead. It's still dead. But that doesn't matter if the defense gets into the top 30. The current scheme is just a different way to get an acceptable defensive result.
That said, this defense will likely be the best Odom has fielded as head coach.
The questions are mostly on the offensive side.
As for the article, HCBO will be defined by one thing: wins.
Whether the teams have an offensive or defensive tilt is irrelevant.
