Where are you guys getting this from? I work in business. There is no degree, no certification I could have that would work for me as well as if i were white.
A white man can walk in someone's office right now and tell them something and they will believe it. A black man does it, it's met with skepticism. So he has to either not get the client, or lower his price and over promise. That's just one example, and there are a thousand.
It is laughable that people think this way. Please go out and talk to some black people, where are you getting this from??
