I'm not a tech guy but I'm professionally aware of this. Fairly recently handled a case involving non-compete, trade secrets against employees who left a company, said they didn't take anything, mirror images of their laptops said otherwise.

As far as I know, and I could be wrong, the government doesn't have that much.
