I'm not sold that he is going to refuse to leave office but I can guarantee you the bluster and lies after losing will be substantial. The presidency is likely the only thing stopping him from being indicted for campaign finance violations with Cohen. I can see him throwing everything he can against the wall to try and prevent the FBI from knocking on his door on January 21, 2021.
