Isn't Howard Richards still working STL hard for us?

At some point his presence also needs to be acknowledged. He's under-the-radar, yet doing the year round work in the trenches to work the coaches; the press, and identify and land these talented players. Been a very successful strategy by our Athletic Department and Richards needs to get some credit. Why couldn't we do the same thing in the Kansas City metro plex?
