In about 267 posts, you talk about how screwed up the administrative staff is, and they cant process any paperwork.

Then, in about 1,632 posts, you talk about how they always fudge the APR numbers. (Again, why is this a concern if the NCAA hasnt caught on. If its even true)

So, how can they be incompetent in one way, but so sneaky smart in the other way.
