Time just out talent teams and he just sits back and let’s them play.
Then HS playoffs start, he decides he has to manage differently and they almost always choke every year. This program should win a state title every 3 or 4 years and they don’t have one. He’s a fantastic man, just has a huge flaw when it comes to this.
Moral of the story. Don’t change who you are...Beiser, like the coach I know turns in to a different coach when the pressure is on.
