Could not find info on more restrictions due to 2nd time transfer, would think it's rare (can only think of Kendal Judge and having to sit out this season, even though think that softball and basketball have diff. transfer rules). MU can still try and apply for a transfer waiver so Dickson can play next season, it's worth a shot, but not hopeful it will be granted

Please explain why this message is being reported.
