Ok, regarding her eligibility, I didn’t realize...

She is coming here from Texas Tech, not Tulsa.
She played at Tulsa 2016-17, and 2017-18. Then she was announced by Texas Tech as a mid season transfer on December 20, 2018. And of course didn’t play in the 2018-19 season. The TT article on her transfer had her of course saying all kind of superlatives about choosing them.
Now just a few months later she is transferring again. Whatever the reason, sounds like a good pick up by RP.
My question for those more in the know regarding transfer rules, does this being her second transfer make it less likely she will be eligible to play for us this year, without sitting out? That doesn’t seem fair, since she already sat out the 2018-19 season. But I thought I read somewhere that there are stiffer rules on the second transfer during a college career.
