My observations:
-From outside, ground level, probably can’t tell the building is part of a stadium
-From inside, looks like a squat add-on; nothing artistic about it
-Not likely to impress recruits, if that was the idea
-Likely to make them some money from premium seating, if that was the idea (if you believe the rumors on sales)
-the CGI make the underground part look quite uninviting, with low ceilings and no (or limited) natural light ... claustrophobia sufferers need not apply
