McGahn won't hurt The Donald because of some crime. If he hurts The Donald at all, it'll be because Trump is perceived as inept and saved from his ineptitude only by the good folks around him. That's the spin the Dems are trying to put on it. Thus the "importance" of McGahn in the headline.
