He publicly acknowledged that his behavior was part of the problem, and he had a sports psychologist, I believe, observe his interactions with the team for some time period and advise him. So he clearly had some self awareness and tried to make changes. He just wasn’t successful.

And no I’m not trying to start another EE discussion. I think we are all weary of that, and need to concentrate on celebrating the accomplishments of this current team, and look to a brighter future.
