I cancelled direct TV next week when my rate is going tojump. You'd think being an AT&T customer for so long would earn you some points. But nope. A new customer can get cheaper rates but not a 20+ year customer. I don't understand the theory of all or nothing. I supposed maybe it has to do with their contracts with the networks. Whatever... they lost almost $90 dollars a month and they're going to pay to ship this old slow technology back.
