They can’t just enjoy seeing a bunch of really young players who keep getting better and who play the game with joy and exuberance. I think this bunch is great fun to watch.
And then when you see somebody like Eli Daniel come in, with the struggles she’s had, and just buzz through the Georgia and Kentucky lineups, we’ll, that is a real blast to see. That is a young woman who very obviously has been “coached up” by someone who knows what they’re doing.
Hattie Moore is another one. Last year she was almost helpless at the plate. This year she’s hitting .300+ with occasional power. She’s had some damned good coaching.
