Softball sweeping Kentucky was sweet

Tiger hitters were very productive. Drew lots of walks, got timely hits, and used the long ball a fair amount.
Although I’d prefer seeing Brooke Wilmes play SS, she had a really good series playing RF. She made one great catch at the fence, and another great play was doubling off a speedy runner at 3B on a great throw. She had the game winning hit in game two. She’s a really good player.
Our current SS is one heck of a player too. Jazmyn Rollin is hitting close to .500 with good power, draws walks, and has excellent speed.
Very young team overall. Pitching is still not outstanding, but averaging 9 runs per game you can overcome some of that issue.
