That's an odd case. I read where the local PD and state investigating agency turned their findings in to the local prosecutors office last week. Generally, (down here anyway), a finding of fact is charged immediately, within a day or two. The longer it takes, the person is exonerated usually.

Everything I've read on that case, which is only news clippings etc., it wasn't clear that he was even a firm suspect. Strange how it's being handled.
