Everything about their business. I read somewhere they track the free food for their employees not just based on what was consumed but also when, where the food was displayed and the lables associated with it. They then used the data to subconsciously get their employees to eat better by putting red lables on junk food and moving them to bottom racks and such. They do that but don't match invoices to POs.
