Who pay $300+ per seat and another 3k who pay $125 per seat
It is great if you could double those numbers but when the team isn’t good and on probation you don’t raise prices. You get what you can from the highest level donors and try to bring in as much new blood at the lowest price you can afford.
They need to maintain $ income, reduce expenses, and yet bring in more fan interest in these times. Raising prices across the board will do the opposite. You have to treat the locals to $5 seats to get them in a habit of showing up and helping with the atmosphere
