But the big news is that Parker Conrad finally toed the slab for the Sooners over the weekend. Congrats to her as she pitched a scoreless last inning of a game to preserve a win.

But no, she did not get the save even though she finished up a victory. Wait you say, how can that be.

Well you see, a save is not awarded when you pitch the 5th inning of a 17-0 win.
