can put you in the 'good graces' of NCAA personnel you are naive beyond belief.
The top tier owns the NCAA. The top tier runs the NCAA. The NCAA is a weapon designed to keep the tiers exactly as they are.
No amount of 'good behavior' is going to change that.
It's always the same, whether it's a full-blown civilization or a lil' sports program.
The bureaucrats always think they can negotiate with Kublai Kahn - and then, after the invasion and devastation, the real soldiers and leaders have to decide whether we regroup and reassert, or whether all is lost and it's 'hail Kublai'.
The NCAA must be disbanded - it's the only way Mizzou breaks into the top tier - ever.
