I doubt a suit would do much good, a voluntary organization made up of other Schools. I mean basically we would file suit against the other schools in the same organization we volunteer to be part of. Who are we filing suit against ..the NCAA schools? The members chosen to represent the Ncaa schools in these matters? I just don't see much traction in court.
