The ncaa has nothing even close to due process. They selectively investigate, selectively choose what witnesses to believe, and selectively impose punishment. It will be this way as long as the people ultimately responsible are the presidents, who generally disfavor and are jealous of athletics. They largely see it as a nice place to get face time in a suite on Saturday, and hopefully bring in some PR and $$$$.
