I would go with Hagans at UK as the best.
But you could make an argument for Bone (TN), Lewis (Bama), Waters (LSU)
MSU, Auburn and Mississippi also have really good guard play, it’s not a suprise that that’s the top half of the conference.
And Garland might have been the best in the conference had he not torn his ACL.
