over a Russian Satellite that was showing strange behavior. Space Defense is a legitimate concern. The first country to develop a satellite network that can eliminate other countries satellite networks will have a huge advantage. You wipe out the ability to communicate and all those fancy U.S. weapon systems are useless.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
