did only somewhat poorly. He was a failure in spectacular fashion in all capacities, most to the degree not previously thought possible.

Certainly winning at all costs, or winning in general, or winning just a little were not among the things he focused upon. We also went back on probation, had terrible APR scores, constantly got players suspended/arrested/flunk out, and had a tutoring scandal under his watch. Its not like he did somewhat ok in those capacities either, the apathy for the program was just so high that most people were no longer paying attention.
