What is her greatest achievement?

She's only reached the NCAA tournament 3 times, and has never made it past the 2nd round. She could become the female version of Norm Stewart — here for 30+ years without reaching the Final Four, but celebrated for mediocre achievements that fans of most P5 teams don't care about. We could build her a statue next to Norm's.
