Is Dak Prescott circa 2016 what we can expect?

Dooley was on staff in 2016 with the Cowboys when he entered the league. A short passing game was instituted [23 TD 4 INT 67% comp] over a 16 game schedule. He also rushed for 278 yards (4.8 ypc).
He also had a guy named Ezekiel Elliott. I would think a combination of Crockett/Rountree/Badie/Bakare is comparable to Elliott (1,600 yds, 15 TDs) but would think MU would be close to 2,000 yards as a team.
