program what real harm could happen from having a new face for a couple of years and see what he can do.

I don't see them giving some no name a chance the way we did when we hired Pinkel. They tried it once already with Prince and it went bad quickly. Much easier for the admin to place blame on a name like Sean. Buy themselves a couple of years.
