Snyder and in the few years Prince was there. They think someone else will elevate them, they have seen what happens when he isn't. Think ku the last 9 years. They want new leadership but they don't want a radical hire the same way ku went when mangina got the axe. Sean getting the nod is a "safe" pick. He's a Snyder so he must know something.
