wasn't even enrolled at MU during the most recent reporting cycle. His scenario is the exact same as Shane Rector and Torren Jones that originally got us in an APR mess. He left MU and transferred to a JUCO rather than a 4 year institution, same reason we lost 2 APR points for each of them.
