It will be a heavy lift for local Dem officials. The Dem candidates were thousands, not hundreds or scores of votes behind. It will take time to sort through eligible voters who didn't vote. They can't just cast all of the illegal votes for the Dem. That would be too obvious.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
