I think the biggest thing that will keep some elite talent going one and done is the exposure. For those that can afford to wait another year the ability to build your brand at the college level for one year playing on national television is valuable.

It takes millions or at least several hundred thousand to get top baseball prospects to go straight to the pros. I'm not sure $125k will entice as many as people think.
