damned grubs ate the hell out of my yard. it looked like ass pretty much all summer. in august i put down grub kill stuff and then later did the whole power rake and overseed thing and then we had like a week of rain and things seemed to take pretty well. I've since gone back over and spot seeded a few areas here and there and overall things are looking pretty good. still a few holes but it feels manageable. i'll do one more round of general fertilizer this week, then late november i'll put down the winterizer and come spring i'll spot treat a few more areas and things should be good. i'll hit the damned grubs again in the spring too just to be sure.
