Mario acts as the spokesman to say he and his team mate since second grade wouldn't mind playing together.

There are only two schools that appears on boths list

Mario has an official visit planned to the only other school on boths list at the same time E J is visiting the other

Mario cancels his visit to join E J on his visit.

After their visit E J cancels his visit to the other school on boths list and informs they and the only other school outside of his state school that's recruiting him they are eliminated.

Moves up his states school visit

It's not hard to make the leap that Mario and EJ were convinced after their visit to Missouri, where they have lots of friends, that's where they want to play together. However E J and family only feel it fair to give Illinois the opportunity to make an official visit pitch, leaving that door open.

Mario cancels all other visits and it's widely speculated he's committed but chooses to remain silent up to this point, when he says he'll announce the day after E Js Illinois visit he's committing. They both allow each other their celebratory announcement moment at separate times.

Could this be wrong? Sure but there's more than enough circumstantial evidence to draw an unbias positive conclusion for Missouri if this were a judicial situation.
