Coming out now and announcing a no vote is politically stupid. If it turns out that the GOP holds ranks then her no vote is meaningless and could cost her the election. Voting no gains her nothing the people who that would impress were already going to vote for her and are mad enough at Trump that they were going to vote. BUT a no vote may very well energize some conservatives who would have been content to sit this one out at home with a Miller Lite.
