Doubtful he will leave SLU for at least the next 4 years. By then, Brooks will have graduated.
It doesn’t “seem” that way at all, because there has never been any indication whatsoever of Ford looking or intending to leave SLU. He has only been recruiting & building a program. This, in fact, will be the first year at SLU that he really is coaching his players & team with a couple of Senior from the former staff having been thorough entrenched in Ford’s program over the last couple years.
Instead, Ford has come in geared toward building a successful program at SLU & became very active throughout the STL community quickly in various capacities.
Brooks quickly acclimated at DeSmet & Ford is ever present at gyms/games all over the STL prep scene.
As I said, nothing has ever “seemed” other rooting his family into a lovely estate in Frotenac & making it clear he was putting down longer term stakes/roots in the area. Nothing has ever had “seemed” otherwise.
