Even then, it should be at the descretuon of the juror.

Both the State’s interest & the Defendant’s interest in juror identity & examination, including background info, are addressed through the process of Voir Dire.

There is no right of the public, media or “system,” 1st Amendment or otherwise, that outweighs the juror’s interest to privacy & this their right to anonymity or the sanctity of the right to a jury of your peers without undue influence.

Anything else is not in the interest of Justice! In fact, it is not Justice.
