The Natural - Way better than Major League and Bull Durham. Great story. Redford, Duvall. Just an awesome movie. Enduring too. I love the scene when Hobbs first takes batting practice and they see he's a hitting machine.
Seabiscuit - People forget that around the time of the Depression the big sports was not only baseball but horse racing and boxing (both great for betting). Best horse racing movie ever. The black and white vignettes sliced into the movie with David McCullough narrating add a lot of depth.
Cinderella Man - Similar to Seabiscuit in that it's a period peace but this one is the story of an underdog in the ring. Crowe is great and so is Giamatti. It's got the David and Goliath fight scenes that most boxing movies have but it's much more believable and not as cheesy in this one.
Moneyball - Has the best soundtrack of any recent sports movie in my opinion. Great cast, even has PSH as Art Howe. Well paced, it really shows how baseball has changed with all the sabermetrics. Based on the book which is great too.
Victory - If you've never seen this movie, you've missed out. Takes place during WWII and it's about an Allied all-star team of POWs playing the Germans in Paris. Loosely based on a true story. Pele is in it and so is Stallone. Ending is really cool.
