I seldom agree with Rask but he is correct about LC’s

that is my favorite BBQ in KC.

I Made the mistake of waiting until after the hype to try Joe’s. I was not impressed but I am not sure if that is because I was expecting too much.

Favorite restaurant style BBQ is Jack Stack

Favorite neighborhood BBQ, for me at least, Zarda.

Favorite non KC BBQ is Rendezvous in Memphis.

Least favorite style is Carolina, vinegar and BBQ do not mix. Plus coleslaw is a side dish.
